Rachel Baskin has experience filing visa petitions and green
card applications for fiancées, married couples, family members,
artists, performers, designers, physicians, scientists,
researchers, professors, business people, investors, small and
large corporations, students, and tourists. She also handles
cases for asylum seekers and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
petitioners.
Ms. Baskin earned her Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for
the Cardozo Public Law, Policy and Ethics Journal. She received
her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law from
Binghamton University, graduating Cum Laude.
Ms.
Baskin also attended Oxford University as an Associate Student
at St. Catherine’s College, where she was a member of the Oxford
Union.
Ms. Baskin is an
active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)
and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
